I’ve been concocting a new business idea for more than 18 months, and now it’s finally launched!
It’s my great pleasure to introduce to you (drumroll please!):
To become an Authorised Marriage Celebrant in Australia, you need to complete a Certificate IV in Celebrancy (which took me nine months), followed by a lengthy and detailed application to the Attorney-General’s Department.
Now that my registration is official, I’m excited to be taking what lights me up – writing, ritual, holding space, speaking in front of others, caring for our Earth, human connection, celebrating life – and combining them in my new venture.
I won’t be banging on about it all the time here, but as I’m focusing on working with eco-conscious folk to co-create Earth-friendly ceremonies, I may sometimes refer to some of the work I’m doing that might be of interest to you, my blog readers.
So if anyone in your tribe is looking for an eco-conscious naming, wedding or memorial ceremony in Perth, Western Australia, please tell them about me!
And to those of you who cheered me on and supported me along the way – thank you.
